MyBoholRentalCar is an online booking service for car rental in the island of Bohol, Philippines. We arrange car rental and also accommodate for any package tour and hotel reservations on behalf of suppliers. In doing so, MyBoholRentalCar gives no warranty nor represents the services to be supplied or purchased by you. Your booking will be subject to the terms and conditions of the provider of the service or products. You agree that if the service or products do not comply with your bookings, the remedy lies in the service or product provider and not with MyBoholRentalCar.
MyBoholRentalCar online booking service requires no deposit. Bookings are served without prejudice and with full trust to the customer. Hence, confirmed bookings shall be re-confirmed one (1) week prior to travel/arrival. It is required for the customer to re-confirm booking, otherwise the booking shall be deemed void and customer shall be block-listed for any future bookings. For any cancellation, customer is required to contact MyBoholRentalCar via email at [email protected], SMS or phone call and shall keep you in our contact list for your future bookings and/or for any special promotions by suppliers.
MyBoholRentalCar serves as an online booking agent, we have no liability in respect to the service/supply of your booking including any liability for illness, personal injury, accident, death or loss of any kind, delay or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly of the service/product purchased by you. Any claim of damages for personal injury, accident, illness, death or loss must be against the relevant supplier of the service/product.
Payment is due to the supplier upon arrival or upon consummate of service or product. MyBoholRentalCar made its every effort to ensure that the prices quoted to you are correct. Any change to rate/price of the service and/or product without prior notice shall be liable to the supplier.
All actions arising from this contract shall be filed in the proper courts of Bohol, Philippines.
COMPLAINTS & FEEDBACK
With our best effort to give you best service by our suppliers, we hope for no reason of complaints. However, if you have been unhappy or dissatisfied in any way, you must report it immediately to the supplier or contact MyBoholRentalCar at [email protected] We shall attempt to resolve the matter immediately. Failure to complain would mean us to be unable to resolve the matter after your travel.
